Our experience in the accounting & tax industry has shown us that it is quite astounding how the quality of advice, service & price provided to clients can vary between accountants.

At Guardian Accounting we are different...

...and this is how

1. If we miss your call, we promise to return every phone call and email within 24 hours

2. We promise that your business accounts will be completed within 2 weeks

3. We promise that your personal tax return will be completed within 3 days

4. The accountant that you have contact with is the accountant that does your work, no charging partner rates for junior staff

5. We believe strongly in giving in a meaningful way.....so 5% of our fees are contributed to Opportunity International (Australia)

6. We promise that we will enjoy what we do and have fun!

In return for our promises to you, we do require you to keep your end of the bargain.

That is;

1. Provide us with all relevant information upon request

2. Communicate any concerns with us ASAP

3. Ask questions if you don't understand something... there are no stupid questions...only if you don't ask it!

4. Pay your account on time

5. Enjoy what you are doing...because why else would you be doing it?
