3. We promise that your personal tax return will be completed within 3 days

4. The accountant that you have contact with is the accountant that does your work, no charging partner rates for junior staff

5. Unlimited Free Phone Calls - We don't charge you for phone calls! We actually encourage you to contact us without worrying about the cost, so that we can assist you when you need it, and be proactive, instead of reactive.

6. We promise that we will enjoy what we do and have fun!

In return for our promises to you, we do require you to keep your end of the bargain.

That is;

1. Provide us with all relevant information upon request

2. Communicate any concerns with us ASAP

3. Ask questions if you don't understand something... there are no stupid questions...only if you don't ask it!

4. Pay your account on time

5. Enjoy what you are doing...because why else would you be doing it?
